• morphological changes of the cerebellum in experimental thermal trauma and under the conditions of using various corrective factors;

• peculiarities of burn wound reparative processes and morphofunctional changes of inner organs and clinical-pathogenetic substantiation of criolyophilized xenografts application in cases of thermal trauma;

• histological, morphometric researches, transmission and scanning electron microscopy.
